Specific example

You are a furniture manufacturing company. So far, you have made do with the Czech market and physical sales supported by a showroom presentation. Through analysis with a mentor you come to the conclusion that you should also open an e-shop and expand to Slovakia. So you will approach one expert for e-commerce and another for expansion abroad. You will also come to the conclusion that you should strengthen your digital marketing. You will attend a specialized workshop on this topic. The format of master-mind meetings will also be a good platform for you to share your experience with other business owners, either from the same industry or cross-industry.

Do I meet the conditions to join the DoToho! program?
The program is for registered businesses in Czechia with 2–300 employees that are already generating revenue. That means you have a finished product or service and paying clients. If you’re in the growth phase and looking to expand faster and more effectively, DoToho is for you.
How long does the program last, and what is the time commitment?
It’s up to you. You can join for 2 months or a full year – whatever you currently need for your business growth. The time commitment is flexible and adapts to your goals and availability.
Who are the mentors and how are they selected?
Our mentors are not theorists with certificates – they’re real entrepreneurs with practical, transferable experience they’re ready to share. Matching is done in close cooperation with you, and only after mutual agreement is the mentoring connection confirmed.
What’s the difference between a mentor and an expert?
A mentor is an experienced entrepreneur who supports you over time, providing strategic guidance, sharing their own experience, and helping you navigate business challenges.

An expert is a specialist in a specific field (marketing, finance, HR, legal) who helps with particular issues or projects. While a mentor focuses on your overall business development, an expert addresses a specific topic.
Do I have to be in Prague, or is the program open to other regions?
The program isn’t geographically limited. You can participate online from anywhere in Czechia. Meetings with mentors can be in person (when possible) or online via video calls. We combine the flexibility of the online world with the value of in-person meetings when it makes sense – same goes for workshops.
How is DoToho! different from other accelerators or business programs?
Unlike traditional accelerators with fixed structures and rigid timelines, DoToho! adapts to your needs. We don’t work with theoretical models – we work with the real experiences of successful entrepreneurs.

We founded DoToho! during COVID in the Opero business hub. We saw how many small and medium businesses were struggling – and decided to change that. Entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs.
